Never Far Away (The Never #2)(27)
“Yes, don’t you f*cking stop,” he said through clenched teeth.
“Don’t you worry. I’ve got you.” After that, she took off. She kept her own pace, which didn’t matter to him. She could do whatever she wanted as long as she kept him inside of her. Up and down a few times and then she would grind down on him, making him and herself cry out in pleasure. His hand roamed her body, finding her ass, helping her fit all of him in by pushing her hips down onto his lap. She slowly increased the speed at which she bounced on him and he enjoyed watching her breasts bounce as she did.
“Faster,” he demanded and she complied. He gripped her hips harder, but she didn’t seem to mind and he forced her to take as much of him as possible. He could tell he was filling her to the hilt, hitting the end of her channel, and she loved it. Her moans became louder, and his breathing became frantic. He needed to come in her and soon. “Come with me,” another demand.
“Yes,” she answered, still giving him everything she had. She finally slammed down on him and then ground down on him, circling her hips. He watched as her head fell back with a cry and he followed her into oblivion.
Her head rested on his shoulder and he pressed small kisses along her shoulder, letting his heart calm down. He stopped when he noticed the quarter sized scar she bared. He kissed it tenderly.
“Does this still hurt?” He asked as he gently swiped a finger over it.
“Not really. Every once in a while I feel some random sharp pains in my shoulder, but nothing too bad. It’s all normal, I’ve been told.”
“I’m so sorry I wasn’t there for you when you were recuperating.”
“Babe, you really didn’t have choice, did you? I understand why everyone made the decisions they did.” Her hands came up to his face and she forced him to look at her. “I’m fine, Porter. Everything is ok now. You can’t hold on to the guilt. It won’t do either one of us any good.”
“Just promise me that you won’t let anyone keep you from me anymore.”
“Baby, wild horses couldn’t drag me away.” She kissed him on the lips. Before he had a chance to take advantage of their still connected bodies, she hopped off of him to proceed with finishing her shower.
“Did you have this type of thing in mind when you built this bathroom?” She asked him with a smile.
“Listen, when I built this bathroom, I was twenty-one. I wasn’t innocent, but not even my young mind could have comprehended anything that sexy or erotic would take place in my bathroom. You outdid yourself, Babe.” He slapped her ass and enjoyed the wet smacking noise it made as it echoed through his bathroom.
“I do what I can,” she said as she shrugged up one of her shoulders and threw him a sexy smirk.
They finished up their shower and continued to get ready to go see his mom, stealing glances at each other, sharing innocent and not so innocent touches.
“Babe, I did not need all these clothes,” Ella said as he sifted through three shopping bags full of the pants, shirts, and such.
“I know they’re not the fancy clothes you’re used to, but I wanted you to have enough that you could leave some here in case you ever needed something.”
“Why, Porter, are you giving me a drawer?” She asked as she shimmied into some jeans. He laughed at her playfulness.
“I guess so. I mean, as much as I like you naked, it wouldn’t be a terrible thing for you to keep some things here.”
She walked over to him and pressed her body up against his, the lace of her bra scratching up against his chest.
“Thank you. For everything.” She pecked him lightly. “You did a very good job buying me lingerie, Porter.”
“I have never wandered through that section of a store before and I will tell you right now that I don’t know what guys complain about. Everything I saw I pictured on you and it was amazing. You can take me lingerie shopping anytime.”
“You’re such a perv sometimes,” she laughed. “Get dressed, Perv.”
As they pulled up to Tilly’s bar, Ella’s phone started ringing. She saw it was Megan calling and signaled to Porter to wait a minute before getting out of the car. She answered the phone and put it on speaker.
“Hey Megan.”
“Ella, where are you? Are you ok?”
“Yes, I’m fine. Why?”
“Well, no one has heard from you today and when I went to check on you, you weren’t home. I called mom and she hadn’t heard from you either. We got worried.”
“Megan, listen, something amazing happened last night. My headache was killing me and it got worse for a little while. I tried to sleep it off, but it woke me up, and when I finally realized what was happening, I remembered everything.”
“You remember? Like, everything everything?”
“Yes, well, I mean, I think so. I remember Porter. That’s where I am, with Porter, in Lincoln City.”
“So you’re horizontal?!”
“Shut up, Megs. I am not horizontal… Anymore.” She laughed and was blessed to hear her sister laugh as well.
“So, how are you feeling? Does your head still hurt? Do you need anything?”
“I feel fantastic, Megs. I am so happy.”
“I’m so happy for you, Fella, and happy for me too. It was getting a little ridiculous trying to keep Porter from you. I’m glad you guys can just be together now, like, for real.” Ella looked over at Porter and gave him a smile that stopped his heart.
