Turned Out By A Boss(8)
What started off as just sex between him and Denim later turned into him buying her the house she now resided in and along with the all-white 2014 BMW coupe that she was gladly pushing. It was like as soon as he brought her the house things became fast paced between the two and what was once casual sex turned into steamy romantic nights filled with love and passion. Claiming Denim as his because, he couldn't fathom to see her with another man. Their relationship became serious and condoms became a distant thing of the past.
Me: I love you
Rico looked at the text he'd just sent Deena and couldn't help the smile that came across his face. No matter how wrong he'd done her in the past and for what he may do in the future, he couldn't deny that he loved his wife and couldn't see life without her.
“What got you cheesing so hard?” Daryl asked.
“Just thinking about my wife.” Daryl gave Rico a strange look before deciding to just ignore that topic. “So what was up with that conversation you were having it sounded a little heated,” Rico smirked.
“Maaaan, that was Cree’s ghetto ass. Talking about I better come get my shit before she takes it to good will because my bitch ass doesn't deserve to have none of my trifling shit taking up room in her house." He said mimicking her. "I swear that girl gon’ make me hurt her.”
Rico laughed, “Cree ratchet ass shit, I don't know how you do it.” He said before thinking for a minute. “Matter fact that bitch sexy with a banging ass body so I do know how you do it.”
“Watch your mouth nigga. Don't call my bitch no bitch.”
Rico raised his hands in surrender, “My bad.”
“Look I'm about to go I gotta go get my shit before her crazy ass really do give my clothes away. You tryna take this ride?” Rico agreed because he didn't have anything better to do with his day, so he might as well watch his best friend get his ass beat by his crazy ass side bitch.
Daryl
Daryl sat in the passenger seat in deep thoughts as Rico drove. This was one of the reasons he was actually happy things between him and Cree ended. She had a tendency to over react and go crazy and that was something he couldn't deal with. He rubbed his temples as he thought back on the day they had met.
Daryl was riding in his all white 1968 Cadillac Deville that sat on 24s with the red interior. You couldn't tell him he wasn't stuntin’ as he rode through the streets of Queens in his old school whip turning heads and earning attention.
Riding down Queens Blvd., he stopped at the Shell gas station. Stepping out of his ride you would automatically think dope boy. Yet he was the complete opposite. Dressed in a pair of true religion jeans that hung slightly from his waist with the shirt to match and a fresh pair of Nike’s. A gold Michael Kors watch covered his wrist as a gold chain hung from his neck not to mention the 3 carat diamond earrings that graced both his ears. At the age of twenty-six, he was just entering his first year at a law firm.
“So you gon’ stand here or you gon’ get your stuff and go.”
He turned around and looked seeing a young girl behind the cash register. She was a cute little thing with her light brown skin, big almond shaped eyes that were the perfect color of chestnut and plump lips with the beauty mark that sat on top the right side of her mouth. She had a slight frown on her face but it didn't take away from her beauty at all. Even in the black baggy sweats and Shell gas station shirt, he could tell she had a bangin’ body.
“I think I might just stand here.” he said with a smirk on his face.
Daryl was what you called a smooth talker. His butterscotch complexion deep dimples and Colgate smile didn't make it any better.
“Look, sir, I don't have time for games. Get what you need and leave, please.” Sensing her attitude Daryl laughed.
“You too pretty to have so much attitude. What's your name?”
Looking at her he licked his lips while she rolled her eyes. “Underage. Now are you done because you wasting my time.”
“How old are you?” He asked thinking she was lying. Hell, there was no way baby girl was underage.
Sighing she told him seventeen, hoping that just maybe he would leave her alone but that was wishful thinking. After standing in her personal space for some time questioning her. Daryl learned that her name was Cree and she was a senior in high school not to mention rude as hell.
After that day, Daryl made it his business to visit the gas station. In hopes of seeing Cree. Even though she was young. She wasn't something he was used to and that's what made him want her even more.
“Yo!” Rico yelled causing Daryl to jump.
“What you yelling for?” Daryl asked with a mug on his face.
Rico looked at him and chuckled, “I was calling your name for a minute but you were zoned out. We here, go handle your business.” he said pointing to the damage Cree had done.
Sighing he grabbed the handle of the door and let out a deeply frustrated breath before getting out. “What the f*ck are you doing?” Daryl yelled as he jumped out of Rico’s Range Rover and ran over to Cree, who was admiring her handy work.
“Get your shit and get lost.” she said walking towards her front door only to be yanked back by her neck.
“What was the point of all this? What you wanted my attention? We ain't speak in three months and now you choose to react.”
