Turned Out By A Boss(15)
Daena stayed up that entire night thinking about her encounter in the kitchen with Rico. Just thinking about the feel of Rico’s fingers entering her earlier made her body hot all over. Yes, she was attracted to him, but, she never wanted him to know that. Especially under the circumstances that he was indeed her younger sisters husband. However, she couldn't control the way her body reacted to him.
Feeling the need to vent she called the only person who understood her that being her best friend, Jontae. Daena and Jontae have been best friends for going on three years now, he was one of the realist people she knew because he always gave it to her raw and uncut.
“Who the f*ck is this?”
“Well hello to you too, Tae,” Daena said sitting up in the bed.
“Oh, Daena baby wassup? Why you calling me this late.” Tae asked not trying to be rude but he had a company that was willing and able to do whatever it took to satisfy him and she was interrupting.
“I still love him.” Daena cried.
“Love who?” Tae sat up pushing the girl off of him giving Daena his undivided attention.
“Rico,” She whispered.
Tae looked at his phone confused. “Ya sister husband.”
“Yes.”
Tae chuckled. “Y’all females really are scandalous. How you in love with ya sister nigga? That's f*cked up Daena and you know it.”
Rolling her eyes, Daena instantly regretted calling him. Yes, her and Tae were friends but that didn't change the fact that he was indeed a man and a younger one at that. Tae would tell you what you needed to hear as oppose to what you wanted to hear because in the end he could care less about your feelings besides he'd tell you his self he doesn't kiss ass.
Tae was only twenty-two so while Daena appreciated the advice he would give. At times, the things he said and expressed to her just reminded her of how young he was. No, he wasn't young minded but there were plenty of times his age came in to play like right now for instance.
“Don't make me out to be no home wrecker or jealous sister because I met Rico first. He was my first love; he took my virginity. Hell, we had a baby together.” She cried.
“What do you mean y’all got a baby together. What the f*ck you talkin' bout man. You drunk?"
“Rico's my baby daddy,” she said and Tae hung up. As much as he wanted to be a friend he refused to deal with the messiness Daena had going on especially when he had a sexy ass stripper in his bed.
Waking up the next day Daena dragged herself out of bed and into the bathroom to begin her daily hygiene. Standing in the water, she felt drained and the headache she had made it no better. Stepping out of the shower she tied her towel tightly around her body going back into the room to get dressed.
Tossing her towel on the floor, Daena never once noticed Rico laying on the bed watching her every move. As she moisturized her skin with Johnson Johnson baby oil. Turning around to get her underwear off of the bed she screamed noticing him lying there so comfortably.
“What are you doing in here?” Rico just watched her as she tried to cover her body up not wanting to come near him. Standing up, he leaned over picking up her towel up that she had dropped and throwing it behind him. “Rico get out.”
“We need to talk,” he said licking his lips. He looked at her with lust in his eyes.
Rico couldn't deny Daena was a beautiful girl. Deena may have gotten the most attention between the two but in all honesty, she couldn't hold a match to Daena and that was even on her best day. Daena had milk chocolate skin that was smooth and blemish free not to mention her big brown eyes, cute button nose, and pouty lips. She had a body most females killed for and used waist trainers to achieve. While hers was just naturally shaped that way. Not to mention her long curly mane due to her half Cuban descent.
“About what? Wait let me guess about how we dated from the time we were twelve up until we were nineteen. Or the fact that we conceived a son together name Ricardo Jr. Oh wait or is it because my sister doesn't even know you're not from the states let alone that we knew each other before she even introduced us.” Daena screamed with tears running down her face.
Rico put his head down because at the time of him meeting Deena he didn't even know her and Daena were kin to one another let alone knew each other. Daena grew up in Cuba with her mother where she met and dated Rico up until he moved to America to be on his own as he called it. Had he known Deena and Daena were half-sisters Rico honestly would have never approached Deena when he saw her. It didn't help that the two looked nothing alike.
“I'm sorry.” He apologized.
"You're sorry. That's all you have to say. How do you think I feel having my child’s father married to my sister?” Rico watched as she cried and for the first time in a long time, he actually felt bad about his behavior.
“Stop bringing Ricardo into this.” he said through gritted teeth.
“Oh, you finally feel the guilt of it all. Huh? Is that what it is?” she yelled. “What part makes you feel guiltier the fact that you moved to the states and forgot about us or the fact that you promised my son you'd see him for his fifth birthday and never showed up?”
“Daena stop.” The look in his eyes scared her but this was something he needed to hear.
“It's not stop Rico. My son spent his fifth birthday crying his eyes out because his daddy never showed up. He died the next day you chose your honeymoon over our baby.”
