Finally, to my husband, Tim, to whom this book is dedicated. While Tim is certainly not Josh, he does share a few of his characteristics—he uses deionized water to iron his shirts, he writes a Tripadvisor review after every holiday, and he is very good at Excel spreadsheets. I think that behind many creative people there is often a lovely, patient person helping them with their tax return and giving them the space they need to write, paint, think, create, whatever it may be.
