Unbreakable(75)

He buries his face in my hair and chuckles. “What can I say? I like you spread out underneath me like this.” He makes a low sound of approval as his gaze drops to my breasts, which bounce every time he thrusts.

“You’re so f*cking sexy, Em. Look at those sweet pink nipples. Goddamn.”

It’s not exactly dirty talk, but it still has a big effect on me. Heat slides low in my belly and settles between my legs. I reach down between our bodies and rub my clit in desperation. He feels so good inside of me, and I’m aching with the need to come.

“Will,” I beg. “Faster, please.”

Will props himself up higher on his elbows and watches me touch myself as I slowly slide toward my release. My whimpers turn to small cries of pleasure as he f*cks me hard and fast.

“Keep touching yourself,” he whispers, his eyes hot as they meet mine. “I’ll get you there, baby.”

I’m nearly sobbing with need. “I’m so close.”

“Let go, sweetheart. Let it all go.”

The sexy rumble of his voice, low and soft in my ear, sends me flying over the edge. My stomach clenches hard, and I cry out as I come apart, completely shattering beneath him. His big hand moves between my legs and takes over, rubbing my clit in tiny circles while I ride out the orgasm. I keep coming back and catching waves of pleasure that eventually make me scream.

He bites off a gasp and drives into me over and over again, causing the bed to creak beneath us. I hold him close to me as he chases his own orgasm. He gives one final thrust and calls out my name as he comes.

Will slowly sinks down on top of me, and the weight of his body gives me comfort.

When he finally lifts himself up, he toys with the ends of my hair and smiles down at me.

“You look so happy,” I tell him. “Really happy.”

“I think it’s safe to say that I’ve never been happier in my whole damn life than I am right now.”

He studies me for a moment. “It’s probably way too soon to tell you this, but I don’t care. I love you, Emmy. I’ve loved you for so long. You’re everything to me.”

Tears spill down over my cheeks, but I don’t move to brush them away. I remember him telling me during our first time that I was everything. It was sweet then, but it’s even sweeter now that I know exactly what he meant that night.

“It’s not too soon,” I say, shaking my head. “I love you too, Will. I’m crazy in love with you.”

He grins. “Yeah?”

I wipe away my happy tears and let out a laugh. “Yeah, I am.”

He hugs me fiercely and rolls onto his back, taking me with him.

“Ooh. I think I’ll like being on top,” I tease, placing a kiss against his chest.

“I think I’ll like you being on top, too.”

I lay my head against his chest and listen to the beating of his heart.

“You know, I didn’t think I’d ever feel whole again after my parents died,” he confesses. “But I do, and that’s all because of you.”

I sit up and brush back more tears, because I know how much he went through when he lost his Mom and Dad. I’m so incredibly honored by those words, and I’ll do whatever I have to do to protect his heart with everything I have. I want to spend my days making him happy and my nights making love to him.

“If it weren’t for your advice and support, I’d still be in New York, desperately unhappy and trying to be something I’m not,” I tell him. “Instead, I’m doing what I love, and I’m right here in Toronto with you.”

“That’s right where you’re supposed to be, Em.”

“It is. For as long as you’ll have me,” I say, kissing him.

He smiles and returns my kiss. “Is forever long enough?”

“Forever sounds perfect to me.”

When it comes to Will Maverick, I’ll take forever and a day.

Epilogue

Valentine’s Day

Will places his hands at the top of the doorframe and leans into my bedroom. He gives me a wink, and it still makes my stomach all fluttery. Will’s the kind of guy who doesn’t realize how good looking he actually is. That makes me love him even more.

“Hey, Sunshine. How much longer will you be hard at work? I’ve got special Valentine’s Day plans for my girl.”

His girl. I love when he calls me that.

I smile at him before turning around to carefully apply the final coat of mascara to Violet’s false eyelashes. “Just a few more minutes, I promise.”

Violet graciously agreed to let me film her for an upcoming video on my channel that focuses on creating a sexy, yet casual nighttime look.

Tonight, we’re just doing a quick run through, but I think this is the one I want to film for my video this weekend.

I’ve styled her usually stick-straight blonde locks into a pile of loose waves that cascade down her back and over her shoulders.

For her makeup, I applied my favorite foundation, Diorskin Airflash Spray by Dior, then used the Urban Decay eyeshadow palette, Naked Smoky, to give her perfect, dramatic smoky eyes. I pulled her overall look together by applying Goddess 202 lipstick by Marc Jacobs. And let me tell you, it’s fitting because she totally looks like a goddess right now.
