Lost in Paradise (Paradise Club #2)(76)

“No, you haven’t, I promise. I only want you, Alex, and maybe these cuffs,” she adds with a little giggle. Who am I to deny what the lady wants? I play with the buttons on the end of the bed, which pulls her legs up high off the bed, then grab a star pillow and place it underneath her ass. My fingers push her panties to the side and I sink right in. At this angle, I sink deeper into her, my fingers wrapping around Ivy’s hips as I begin to fuck her. The restraints hold her in place, and I can tell how frustrated she’s getting with them as she tugs at the leather wildly.

My fingers run along her folds as my cock slides between them. It’s nice not having other things in my way, so I can concentrate solely on her.

My thumb catches her clit as I continue to massage her, her moans becoming louder with each swipe. Ivy’s back arches even more as my circles become smaller and smaller until I’m driving her mad.

Ivy begins bucking wildly against the cuffs as she curses me for bringing her to the edge. I can feel how close she is as her pussy crushes my dick, becoming tighter and tighter which only makes me fuck her harder.

“Fuck, Alex,” she screams as she crashes over the edge, her body a twitching mess as she continues to buck against her cuffs. I don’t let up circling her clit because I need more. I want her to come again.

“I can’t, Alex. Please,” she begs as I try to pull more from her. She twists and moves against the metal, but she can’t get away from the overstimulation no matter how much she tries. I continue to drive her wild until she can’t stand it any longer and comes again, this time choking my dick so hard that she pulls my orgasm from me, and it surprises me she was able to do that so easily.

We both crash over the edge and into oblivion.

IVY

“I’m nervous,” I tell Alex as we climb into the car to head to the design awards. I’ve chosen a stunning navy-blue velvet evening dress which has a daring split up the side. My blonde hair is styled in an old Hollywood glamor of mermaid waves and the look is finished off with a diamond cuff and earrings.

“Don’t be. You’re gorgeous and talented, and you’re going to win,” he says confidently, giving me a kiss as the car takes off toward the event.

“Pierre wished me luck. He’s in Dubai for work, so he can’t be here,” I ramble on.

“I’m okay being second prize,” Alex jokes, nudging my shoulder with his. “How are you feeling about us walking the red carpet together?”

“Nervous about that, too,” I confess.

“I’ll never make tonight about me. I will stand in the shadows and ensure you get the limelight you deserve,” Alex says, reaching out and taking my hand in his, giving me some of his strength to curb these pesky nerves. I appreciate Alex for saying that, but I know he’s not like Steve who worships the limelight as if it were the sun.

“Now, deep breaths … I know how hard you’ve worked for this award. You deserve it … you deserve it all.”

I look up into his green eyes, and my eyes well with happy tears. How did I get so lucky finding this man? He’s been my rock for all these months.

“I think I’m falling for you,” I confess.

Alex’s eyes widen in surprise, and a wide grin spreads across his square jaw. “It took you long enough to catch up to where my feelings are,” he states happily. Butterflies take flight in my stomach as his words slip right through my defenses. “I fell for you a long time ago, Ivy.”

“Guess I’m a slow learner,” I reply with a grin.

“Nothing slow about it. You needed time to heal. I needed time to show you that I’m all-in,” he reassures me.

“I wasn’t expecting you.”

“Me either, but now I’ve found you, I’m not sure how I ever lived without you,” Alex confesses as he pulls me to him for the briefest of kisses. “I don’t want to mess up your lipstick, but as soon as the night is over, I’m going to make sure I smear it all over my dick,” he states.

Every single time Alex talks dirty, my entire body lights up as if his words are the key to my happiness.

The car pulls to a stop at the entrance of the red carpet, and there are photographers and paparazzi lining each side of the barriers. I try to still the panic and anxiety that’s slowly sliding up my skin, but it’s so hard.

“I’ve got you,” Alex whispers.

With those three words, the anxiety-riddled tentacles loosen, and I’m able to step from the car confidently to face the media. My name is shouted, and I freeze for a moment until Alex’s hand rests on my back and urges me forward. With that small comfort, I am able to smile and chat to the reporters as I walk the carpet.

“Sorry, guys, I’m here for Ivy. This is her night, not mine,” I hear Alex answer as he stands behind me, his hand never leaving the small of my back. The reporter I’m speaking to then asks if I’m dating Alexander Lewis, and I’m taken aback for a moment, not sure how to answer the question.

“Unfortunately, Pierre Lavigne wasn’t able to accompany Miss Starr this evening, so I stepped in,” Alex answers for me before pulling me away and leading me further up the carpet.

“Thanks for that. I felt like a deer caught in headlights being unable to answer his question the way I wanted to.”
