“I don’t care what it takes. I’ll move to Austin if that’s what you want.”

Cady shook her head. “I’m starting to like winter. As long as I have you to warm me.”

“I’m all yours, city girl.”

“I was hoping you’d say that, cowboy,” she said as she began unbuttoning his shirt.

Zane moaned and took her mouth with his as he grabbed her and moved them to the floor in front of the hearth. “Here’s to us,” he whispered.

She gazed into his gold eyes and smiled. “To us.”
