Destined for the Dom (Masters of Submission, #2)(35)

When her climax finally broke, she gripped his biceps, tensing and relaxing her fingers as wave upon wave of incredible pleasure took control of her body and mind. “Yes…yes…oh…God…yes.” She shuddered against him, whimpering his name as her orgasm gathered even more momentum. “Hunter, Hunter, I love you, Hunter.”

“I love you, too, Peaches.” With each successive lunge, he rose higher and higher from her body, driving his prick deep inside her with beautiful, masculine force. The veins on his powerful forearms stood prominent and sexy as hell. They bulged impressively as he kept his weight from her. Beads of perspiration trickled down his brow, before dropping between her breasts and mixing with her own sweat.

Hunter stared into her eyes, his blond hair feathering around his handsome face. She knew he was close when his eyelids slid shut and his lips parted. With her own orgasm still shattering around him, she watched in awe as his perfect male body arched majestically. He let out a deep, guttural groan as he threw his head back. Like a magnificent Greek God, he became motionless for a moment, before making one final penetrating thrust, as he filled her with his beautiful seed.

She clung to him, her breathing fast and furious. She loved the way their sweat-soaked bodies stuck together. “Christ, I love you, Hunter Black.”

“I love you, too, Zo? Leighton.” His breathing was as fast as her own.

When he finally withdrew, he settled on his back and pulled her into his arms. She nestled lazily on his shoulder.

Contentment like she’d never felt before flooded her whole body. “You make me so happy, Hunter.”

“We’re soul mates, Zo?. We were always meant to be together. It’s our destiny.” He tenderly kissed her forehead. “Marry me.”

Epilogue

One week later

Club Submission, private party

11:00 p.m.

Hunter leaned on the bar, totally contented with his life. He smiled as he watched Zo? and Jessica gossiping together on the far side of the room. Every so often he would see Zo? throw back her head and roar with laughter. He’d never seen her so happy.

Matthew and Ethan had arranged the private party at the club. It was going down a storm. All the Masters were present. As he surveyed the throbbing, vibrant crowd, he saw Cole, Zane, and Emma chatting happily together. Francine put a drink to her sub’s lips as he knelt obediently beside her, a leash around his neck. Ethan sat in the corner, deep in conversation with two new subs that he’d invited for the evening. Lucky bastard.

Hunter had just taken a sip of his bourbon, when Matthew walked up to him and slapped him on the back. “Hunter, you sly old dog. I’ve heard through the grapevine that you’re getting married to Zo?. It’s a surprise to say the least.”

Hunter smiled contentedly. “Yeah, marriage fever seems to have taken over Club Submission. First Zane and Emma, and now Zo? and me. It’ll be you next.”

Matthew shook his head, a smile strengthening the lines around his mouth. “Oh, no, there’s not a woman in this Goddamn world that could tame me.”

Hunter roared with genuine happy laughter. “That’s exactly what I said, buddy.”

“So what the f*ck happened?”

Hunter spread his arms wide, his palms up. “I fell in love with the most beautiful woman in the world. When that happens, a guy just doesn’t stand a chance.”

“I’m not knocking it, man. Whatever works for you. I can see Zo? is one special woman, but I prefer being single, and unattached.”

Hunter of all people knew what a sad, lonely existence that really was. “I guess we’ll have to agree to disagree on that one, Matt.”

Matthew smiled and squeezed Hunter’s shoulder. “Guess so, man. Anyway, congratulations. I wish you and Zo? all the happiness in the world.” He attracted Todd’s attention with a wave of his hand. “Say, Todd, open up a few bottles of champagne. The good stuff that we keep for special occasions like this. The drinks are on the house, make sure everyone has a glass.”

“Sure thing, boss, what are we celebrating?”

“Hunter and his good lady are getting hitched.”

“Wow.” Todd looked genuinely surprised. He came across and vigorously shook Hunter’s hand. “Congratulations, you’ve found yourself a great girl, only…”

“Only what, Todd?”

“Only, I distinctly remember you saying, you weren’t a settling-down type of guy.”

“What can I say. The lady just blew me away.”

Once the champagne was uncorked and flowing freely, Matthew shouted out, “Listen up, and gather ’round, everyone, Hunter’s getting married.”

Zo? melted into Hunter’s arms. His heart was full of love as he held her wonderful elfin face, and smiled into her beautiful green eyes.

“Speech, speech,” said Matthew. Everyone joined in echoing his words, chanting louder and louder—“speech, speech, speech, speech”—until Hunter was forced to raise his hands in surrender.

He laughed. “Okay, okay, you guys win.”

Hunter raised the glass of champagne, and wrapped his arm protectively around Zo?’s slender waist. He looked deep into her soul as he spoke from his heart. “To each and every one of you. May you find peace, happiness, and above all love, just as I have.” He passionately kissed Zo?’s lips, and Club Submission erupted with applause. He knew she would be by his side forever. “I love you, Zo?, and I always will.”
