In closing, I want to acknowledge and send love, strength, and clarity to each and every breast cancer survivor who reads this book. Thank you to the hardworking wonder-folks at the Breast Cancer Research Fund and to my medical oncologist, Dr. Steven Isakoff, who continues to keep me healthy, four years after my initial diagnosis. It’s a journey or it’s a battle—you pick what you want to call it—but someday soon, we are going to triumph. We are all going to call ourselves survivors.
