Smoke and Wishes (Best Wishes #1)(45)

“God, Landon yes, harder,” I ground out, my nails ripped down his back. He bit my lip as he pounded into me harder, the sound of skin against skin and frantic moans filled the air. I felt my orgasm built slowly, wrapping around from my lower back before reaching a painful level. Biting Landon’s chest, I dropped my fingers to my clit, rubbing in time to his thrusts.

“Cum for me, Lucie,” Landon bit out through clenched teeth nearing his own orgasm. After the command left his lips, I fell over that cliff bringing him with me. “Fuck me, lemon drop,” he dropped his forehead to my sweaty shoulder, our breathing ragged.

“I believe I just did,” I chuckled as they both barked out a laugh. “Uh, not to make this weird or anything, but I’m on the pill,” Landon pulled his head off my shoulder and cringed.

“Shit, I’m so sorry. I wasn’t thinking about that,” Landon apologized as Logan left the room. He returned a moment later with two towels.

“You don’t need to apologize, I didn’t really give you the chance to think,” I smiled at him as he slid out and sat back on his heels, “I just didn’t want to worry you guys.” Instead of handing me a towel, Logan leaned over and gave me a soft kiss as he cleaned me up. Why do they have to be so sweet? Their attentiveness had my head reeling.

“Do you feel better now, love?” He asked, tossing the dirty towel in the hamper.

“Much better,” but I couldn’t shake the feeling that this seemed like so much more than ‘making Lucie feel better’, the way they looked at me, the things they’d said. I was more confused than ever by what our relationship meant. “So, not to be that girl but are the guys going to be okay with… this?” I gestured between the three of us as I stood. Despite their initial protests, I was still worried about it. I was purposely ignoring the shyness that crept in, the urge to cover myself growing the longer I stood there.

“Everything is going to be fine, lemon drop, promise. The guys are adults just like us, they’ll understand,” Landon reassured me. I nodded my head making my way back into the living room to pick up my haphazardly discarded clothing. I didn't know where this left us, or how it would affect my relationships with the other guys. With my head cleared of the lusty haze, I worried I may have messed everything up. They followed me from the bedroom, Logan came around to place his hand on my lower back. He must have caught on to where my thoughts were headed.

“Don’t look so worried, love. Let’s just get dressed and head to Hudson’s yeah?”

An hour later, I was propped between the twins, my back leaned into Logan with his arm around me and my legs situated over Landon’s lap. His hands were gently rubbing circles on my thigh and calf. Hudson was seated in the armchair to the right of Landon. The angle I was sitting at I had to look to my left to see the movie, or I’d be staring directly at Hudson. He was trying to play it off, but I noticed him frequently looking over at the three of us, frowning more severe each time. After what seemed like the ninth time he eyed us, I couldn’t take it anymore.

“What?” I asked the next time I caught him staring. He ripped his eyes away from us, a blush bloomed on his honey cheeks.

“Nothing,” he mumbled. I internally huffed at him. Just ignore it, he’s dating Brittney. We were on our second movie when there was a knock at the door, Hudson moved to answer it, Cam and Nik stood on the other side.

“Hey, guys, babe,” Nik nodded in my direction, Grigori’s beady eyes focused on my face as he sat on Nik’s shoulder. “Getting new stuff for the competition went much faster than we anticipated, figured we would join in on the movie night. What are we watching?” He questioned moving into the armchair directly across from us.

Hudson offered up his chair to Cam and sat on the floor in front of me. His head was leaning back against my left hip. That fear of having messed up by sleeping with the twins echoed through me, but again, he’s dating Brittney, and my rendezvous with Logan and Landon wasn’t exclusive. So does that make all of this friendly? God, I suck at people. Shake it off, the twins are right, we’re all adults. I started running my fingers through his hair for something to do, mentally cursing myself for how I was feeling. I absently noted that his hair was indeed as silky as it looked.

“We’re having a Marvel movie marathon, so we started with Iron Man, now we’re on Iron Man 2,” Logan supplied. Nik and Cam nodded their heads turning back towards the movie. We were all focused on the ending when the sound of jingling keys and muffled talking echoed outside. Everyone looked over at the door, waiting to see what was going on when the lock clicked open and Dante came stumbling in with Khloe latched onto him. Her hands were wound in his hair while his were on her hips.

A surge of jealousy speared through me. Stop! I internally yelled at myself to knock it off. He can do whatever he wants with whomever he wants. Don’t be a hypocrite, you just fucked two of his friends at the same time not five hours ago. That dose of logic pushed the jealousy down but didn’t get rid of it altogether. Dante realized they weren’t alone and jumped away from Khloe when he saw that all of his friends had been watching him go at it.

“Don’t stop on our account,” Landon teased, his voice was light, but for some odd reason, his jaw ticked when he looked at his friend. I turned back to the movie intent to ignore them. I’m here to enjoy movie night, not get into drama.
