Jesse took care of things, and ten minutes later they were snuggled together in bed, Jesse’s ear pressed against Leo’s chest as Leo held the remote and channel surfed.

“I’m sorry I’m not into women, Sir.”

Leo tipped his head so he could better see Jesse’s face. “What? Why?”

Jesse lifted his head. “If I was into women, I would probably be okay with you being poly with Eva.”

“Where’d that come from?”

“Well, I mean look at how many poly people we know.”

“But I’m not poly,” Leo gently reminded him. “And I’m gay. I tried for too many years to be someone I wasn’t. I appreciate the sentiment, but don’t feel badly about it.”

Jesse laid his head back down for a moment. Then, “What if Tilly doesn’t hook Eva up with one guy, but two?”

Leo snorted. “Then I guess we’ll need a bigger house.”
